The purpose of this new webinar is to offer a comparative analysis of both new regimes for regulating competition in digital markets.

The UK and EU have developed their systems based on very similar conceptual premises, but the juristic mechanics employed by both jurisdictions is very different. At this stage there is already sufficient empirical evidence to examine the key successes and shortcomings of these regimes – which will be the central goal of the webinar.
