Katy Wedderburn is Head of the Employment Group at MacRoberts LLP. She holds dual accreditation from the Law Society of Scotland in Employment Law and in Discrimination Law. She is ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers legal directories. She advises on all aspects of employment law, from discrimination, TUPE, dismissal and pay to collective bargaining, employee relations and terms and conditions of employment. Her work includes advising employers about discrimination and harassment, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal claims, redundancy and team re-organisations. Katy regularly represents clients in the Employment Tribunal and conducts Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) appeals.
