Rory Knox is a Senior Solicitor within Anderson Strathern’s Commercial Real Estate department. He acts for a variety of clients, including major retailers, large commercial entities with UK-wide property portfolios, public bodies and property developers. Rory’s main areas of expertise are commercial leasing, lease management and property acquisitions/disposals. He is also a member of Anderson Strathern’s LBTT & SDLT Enquiry Group and he routinely advises on complex tax queries which arise in the context of commercial property transactions.
