David Manderson is a senior policy manager in the short-term lets team, within the Scottish Government’s More Homes Division. He joined Scottish Government in 2019 and has been involved in short-term lets work from the early stages of policy development. He has also been involved in work on housing markets and strategy, and was seconded to Health Directorate during the pandemic. Prior to joining Scottish Government David was an engineering project manager in the renewables sector.
