Roisin Kerr is a solicitor with the Family Law team at BTO Solicitors. Roisin is interested in the evolving landscape of family law. She was invited to speak at the International Academy of Family Lawyers conference in Kiev on the subject of “Digital Media and the Family Lawyer” and has written about the impact of social media and online communication for clients going through a relationship breakdown. Roisin studied Law and German Law at the University of Aberdeen, spending her ERASMUS year studying German Law at the Albert Ludwigs University Freiburg, and completed her diploma at the University of Edinburgh before completing her specialist family law traineeship with a tier one family law firm.
