Seonaid Cochrane is a Senior Solicitor with SKO Family Law Specialists. She joined SKO in 2021 from a large multi-disciplinary firm, where she acted for clients in the Court of Session, arbitration and mediation as part of the contentious construction team. Since joining SKO, Seonaid has represented clients in a broad range of family law issues including financial provision on separation and divorce, cohabitation, child maintenance and pre and post nuptial agreements. Seonaid is a successful negotiator and an experienced litigator, both in Sheriff Court actions and instructing Counsel in complex and high value Court of Session cases.
