The Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004 is still with us, as is anti-social behaviour, with all the challenges that it presents for landlord and tenant.
As practice and case law evolves in the public and private sector, landlords are also now managing cases which fall within different time periods, including the provisions of the Cost of Living (Tenant Protection) Scotland Act 2022 ('CoLA').
