There is no requirement to undertake Commercial Insights Parts 1 and 2. Part 3 is entirely standalone.
You know the law, but there's so much else that you don't know.
A solicitor with enhanced commercial insight will have the edge in the legal marketplace, and by undertaking this course delegates will:
- understand how to develop a networking strategy (to attract new clients)
- develop awareness of goal setting models (and how to use them in practice)
- develop knowledge of business development tools and how to achieve a growth mindset
- develop advanced negotiation skills (including the psychology of negotiation)
The course is highly participative, with in-session group work for each topic and an advanced negotiation simulation.
