Running on 24th & 25th February from 9.15-12.30pm - delegates are required to attend both dates
Taught from a practitioners’ viewpoint, topics to be covered will include:
- the basics of the procedure from start to finish
- drafting Employment Tribunal claims
- preparing Employment Tribunal responses
- preliminary Hearings - preparation and issues to be considered
- diligence - getting what you need when you need it and preparing for the full hearing closing submissions.
After attending this workshop, delegates will have gained a practical and tactical understanding of the Employment Tribunal process and procedure and will be equipped with the necessary skills required to represent clients in the pursuit or defence of an Employment Tribunal claim.
This course supports the achievement of PEAT2 outcomes through substantive and relevant legal knowledge.
When attending online, delegates must have a working camera in order to take part fully in the practical aspects of this workshop.
