Our new conference, chaired by Clare Bone of Brodies, will take an in depth look at the most important legal developments from director and employee liability, legal privilege and safety policy offshore to health risks in the construction industry and fire safety. A keynote update from COPFS and a review of the latest cases will also be included in the programme.
