This virtual classroom will follow the progress of an application for registration of an unregistered plot under the Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012. All the steps required for a pain-free result will be considered, with a particular focus given to what problems arise and how to solve them in relation to: examination of title; plans; reports and the application form and submissions.
