Attendance at this course is mandatory for trainees between months 9 and 24 of their traineeship.
The course has been designed to be entirely interactive, with trainees encouraged to reflect upon practice and consider how ethics assimilates with their existing legal knowledge and skills.
Delegates will consider ethics and their practical application in relation to hypothetical case studies. Topics covered include confidentiality, conflict of interest and anti-money laundering.
