Murrayfield Stadium is the venue for the next event in our Scots Law Conference Series, exclusively available to delegates in person on the day.
Drafting contracts effectively is a core skill for all lawyers. This practical conference will provide essential guidance in relation to some of the more important clauses to consider in specific contexts as well as discussing key statutory and caselaw developments informing drafting.
Chaired by Alastair Dunn of BTO, the conference will include presentations from Claire Mills of Brodies, Emma Davies from TLT LLP, Steph Innes of Dentons, Mark Lindsay KC from Axiom Advocates and Lynn Richmond of BTO.
What's being covered?
