The Employment Conference at Scots Law 2026

Murrayfield Stadium is the venue for the next event in our Scots Law Conference Series, exclusively available to delegates in person on the day.

Chaired by Tony Hadden of Brodies, our new Employment Conference will cover topics ranging from the impact of the Employment Rights Act changes and interim relief in the Employment Tribunal to employment investigations involving regulatory or criminal issues and a trade union update. Including presentations from David Morgan of Burness Paull, David Hughes from Addleshaw Goddard, Laura Christie of NatWest Group and Will Rollinson from Brodies, check back as we add more speakers and detailed topics before our full line-up is revealed at the conference’s formal launch.
