Adèle Nicol is a Partner in the Land Resources Department of Anderson Strathern. She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in agricultural law and has many years’ experience in dealing with all aspects of rural property, including the sale and purchase of farms, forestry and rural estates and the day to day legal management issues arising including advising on agricultural and residential tenancies, from both the landlord’s and tenant’s view point. Adèle has a particular interest in crofting law and housing law and has been closely monitoring the Scottish Parliament’s proposed reforms in these areas. She is a member of the Agricultural Law Association and the Crofting Law Group.
