Alan McLean KC called to the bar in 1993 and took silk in 2008. He has appeared as Counsel in the House of Lords, the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, Court of Session - Inner and Outer House, Commercial Court, Sheriff Courts, before Sheriff Principal on Appeal, Industrial/Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal, Local Authority Committees and the Transport Commissioner. Alan is frequently instructed to represent pursuers or defenders in commercial, reparation and property disputes.
