Andrew Paterson is head of Murray Beith Murray’s Executry Group and a partner within their Asset Protection Group. Andrew has specialised exclusively in advising individual clients and charities for almost 20 years. Andrew has a particular expertise in executry administration and enjoys and excels in working with numbers, which is very useful in providing tax planning advice and calculations to client. Above all, Andrew’s aim is to provide clients with clear explanations of complex legal issues and assist them in making the best decisions to preserve wealth for future generations. Andrew is also a member of STEP and tutored on the Diploma in Legal Practice at Edinburgh University for a number of years. He is a frequent contributor to articles published in journals, online and in the press.
