Caroline Pigott is an experienced trade mark practitioner, advising on a range of commercial and contentious branding matters. She provides strategic advice to clients of all sizes and across all sectors, representing them before the UK IPO, including working on trade mark oppositions and cancellations. She is a dual qualified Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and IP Solicitor, working at HGF Ltd, a specialist Intellectual Property firm, with over 200 attorneys across trade marks, patents and IP law. Caroline is the Convener of the Law Society of Scotland’s Intellectual Property Committee.
