Caroline Summers leads Harper Macleod's Glasgow commercial real estate team. Specialising in commercial real estate since she qualified in 1995, her clients range from PLCs and institutional funds through to SMEs and individuals. Recent experience includes advising on the acquisition and development of a flagship office headquarters building in Glasgow, dealing with all Scottish lease work for two major high-street retailers, and acting for an institutional landlord in sales, acquisitions and lettings of industrial and retail property. Caroline has also provided commercial real estate support on a number of high value corporate transactions, including one involving the sale of a 67,000sqft purpose-built industrial complex on a 12-acre site in Glasgow.
