Karen Hamilton is a partner with Brodies LLP within their dedicated planning team. She has advised Network Rail in connection with compensation issues and acted for Transport Scotland in relation to a number of public inquiries into roads orders and related CPOs. Karen has co-authored the update of the Compulsory Purchase and Compensation title of the Stair Memorial Encyclopaedia.
