Gillian McNaught is the Senior Solicitor in Glasgow City Council’s Licensing and Democratic Services Department. She regularly advises the Council’s Licensing and Regulatory Committee on civic applications and policy matters and is Depute Clerk to the City of Glasgow Licensing Board. Gillian is also involved in the safety certification process for Sports Grounds in Glasgow.
