Kenny Scott is a partner of Morton Fraser MacRoberts who advises on the full spectrum of employment law and HR matters to local and national employers across a wide range of sectors. He has extensive experience in advising on organisational change, TUPE, disciplinary and grievance matters, whistleblowing, data protection and the employment aspects of insolvency situations. Kenny also regularly advises senior executives and individuals on settlement agreements, restrictive covenants and bringing employment tribunal claims. He regularly appears in the Employment Tribunal, is accredited as a specialist in Employment Law by The Law Society of Scotland and frequently devises and provides training to senior management, HR personnel and employees. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, ranked in the 2024 edition of Chambers UK Guide to the Legal Profession for Employment Law and is a member of MFMac's Energy and Renewables Group.
