Lindsey Ogilvie is a Partner in the family law team of Turcan Connell. Lindsey has a wide-ranging experience of contentious and non-contentious cases and handles a range of issues in the Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and the Court of Session in Edinburgh. Lately she has acted in cases involving complex farming partnerships, and valuable cohabitation claims. She acts on behalf of client's negotiating financial provision following separation with negotiations conducted both within and outside the Court process. She has a special interest in cases where parties wish to adopt a child. Lindsey is an accredited specialist in family law and in October 2017 was appointed a Solicitor Advocate.
