Lynne Lind is a Senior Solicitor with T C Young’s Private Client Team. Having a particular interest in Adult Incapacity matters, she is experienced in giving advice on financial and welfare guardianships as well as powers of attorney. Lynne regularly applies to the Court for Financial and Welfare Guardianship Applications and Intervention Orders. She also provides general advice to families and carers of adults with incapacity including setting up Trusts for the benefit of vulnerable adults. Lynne’s varied workload includes the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, the administration of estates, providing advice to Guardians and Attorneys and advising on Access to Funds.
