Professor Nicholas Grier has written many books and articles on many aspects of business law, particularly relating to debt, bankruptcy and corporate law. He practised as a corporate lawyer in Scotland, before moving into academia. He then became successively head of the divisions of law of Edinburgh Napier University and of Abertay University.
