Professor Roddy Paisley is Professor of Scots Law at the University of Aberdeen where he has been a lecturer since 1995. He was previously in private practice for 8 years. Roddy's publications include the authoritative 'Servitudes and Rights of Way' co-authored by Sheriff Douglas Cusine and 'Rights Ancillary to Servitudes: Principles and Practice of the Law of Servitudes'.
