Iain Sim has taught and examined across a range of legal subjects at both Glasgow's main Law Schools. Currently he is a teaching associate on the University of Glasgow's DLP and is a guest lecturer (Business Law) at the University of Strathclyde, where he also co-ordinates the Law of Business Associations/Comparative Company Law masters course. He is a consultant to Strathclyde Business School and, in that capacity, has designed and co-ordinated executive management training modules. He also co-ordinates and delivers commercial modules for Strathclyde Business School's MSc strategy and ops courses, and its MBA summer school. His articles have been carried in JLSS and SLT and he is the co-author of a textbook 'Commercial Awareness for Lawyers' (Sweet and Maxwell). Away from the legal world he is a director of two SMEs.
