Niall Hassard is a Legal Director at TLT LLP, advising licensed businesses across the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors. He handles high profile, contentious and multifaceted licensing applications and regularly appears for his clients at Licensing Board and Licensing Committee Hearings all over Scotland for Liquor, Gambling and Civic Licences. Niall is the Secretary of the British Institute of Innkeepers' (BII) Scottish Region, sits on the Night Time Industries Association (NTIA) Regional Commission for Scotland, he is a member of the Institute of Licensing and sits on the Law Society of Scotland's Licensing Sub-Committee.
