Nicholas Holroyd of Terra Firma Chambers is former Chairman of TrustBar, a group of Advocates interested in trust and succession matters. He, along with a colleague, made submissions (oral and written) on behalf of TrustBar to the Scottish Parliament’s Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee in relation to the Bill which became the Succession (Scotland) Act 2016. For several years he sat on the STEP (Scotland) committee and STEP EU committee.
