Scott Foster of S and S Foster Associates was a banker with some 35 years’ experience. Scott changed business direction in 2020 and set up his own consultancy and training operation in Edinburgh. He had built the bank share of the corporate and commercial law firm market up to the extent where around 70% of Edinburgh's legal practice sat within his portfolio. After three years running his own business he was head hunted into Balfour + Manson LLP in Edinburgh and Aberdeen to the role of their Chief Operating Officer. Scott can spread a depth of knowledge and expertise across the legal community in Scotland, offering CPD training and valuable insight across the financial elements of running a modern progressive law firm.
