Dr Rayner Lazaro is a GP Partner and a GP Trainer in Edinburgh. He has a special interest in medicolegal work, providing GP Medical Negligence & Condition/Prognosis expert witness reports relating to General Practice for about seven years, undertaking reports for pursuers and defenders (including health boards). Dr Lazaro is on the Law Society of Scotland’s register for expert witnesses. He regularly provides CPD for law firms. Dr Lazaro is also a GP expert advisor to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman.
