Prior to calling to the bar in 2021, Sarah Trainer of Arnot Manderson Advocates gained 6 years of experience as a solicitor in all aspects of family work. Since calling, she has been instructed in cases in both the Sheriff Court and in the Court of Session involving financial provision, permanence and adoption, contact, residence and relocation, proceedings under the Hague Convention and referral proceedings under the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011. Sarah is also a regular writer for Greens Family Law Bulletin and an editor of Butterworths Family Law Service.
