Kenneth Law was a property solicitor in private practice for seven years prior to joining the Master Policy team at Lockton. His experience encompassed all types of commercial leasing and disposals, alongside a large rural and renewables practice. He is a member of the Law Society of Scotland's property and land law reform subcommittee and a certified specialist in risk management and governance. Lockton’s risk management work focuses on identifying common causes of claims on the policy and providing the profession with advice on ways to avoid them, as well as giving practical tips for more effective practice management. They deliver training to firms and local faculties around the country, as well as developing resources to support effective risk management.
