Tim Young is an Advocate at Ampersand Advocates. Since calling to the bar in 2013, he has acted in many of the largest commercial disputes of recent years, including numerous commercial property disputes. In addition, he is a Standing Junior Counsel to the Scottish Government, an external examiner at Robert Gordon University, the contributing editor for the Companies Law volume of the Stair Memorial Encyclopaedia, and Deputy Editor of Session Cases.
