Shona Tennant is Senior In-House Counsel at William Grant & Sons where she leads on IP Portfolio Management and the Digital Agenda. Shona advises on all contentious and commercial IP matters for the global William Grant & Sons Group. In addition, Shona and her team work closely with the Global Marketing Function in connection with the promotion and advertising of brands and innovation. Prior to joining William Grant & Sons, Shona worked in private practice, specialising in IP and IT at Brodies LLP.
