Alastair Gray is Head of Scotland at rradar who specialises in business crime and regulatory law, acting for clients throughout Scotland. He helps companies to navigate and evolve in an ever-changing environment of regulation and compliance, proactively advising them in order to reduce legal risk. A highly experienced Solicitor Advocate, he regularly represents companies or their directors in relation to health & safety, environmental, complex financial, road traffic and other regulatory investigations and prosecutions as well as fatal accident inquiries and public inquiries before the Traffic Commissioner for Scotland. He is also a Law Society of Scotland accredited Specialist in Anti-Money Laundering and sits on the Society’s Rights of Audience Sub-Committee.
