Jenny Dickson is Morton Fraser’s chair and a partner in their Litigation division, specialising in personal injury, health and safety and inquiry work. She has been defending employers’ liability, public liability and motor claims on behalf of a wide range of clients since 2000. During this time, she has acted for insurers, various self-insured companies, and local and central government bodies. Jenny’s diverse case work ranges from high value catastrophic injury claims to medical negligence. She also represents clients at inquiries. Jenny is qualified as a solicitor advocate and is considered as a Leading Individual Lawyer by Legal 500 in personal injury.
