Claire Currie is a Director and Solicitor with 1st Legal Solicitors. She has degrees in both psychology and law and has an interest in representing vulnerable clients, and their families, in cases relating to mental health and incapacity law. Claire is a Curator ad litem for the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland, child welfare reporter and a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Mental Health and Disability sub committee.
