Nilah Ulhaq is a Senior Solicitor in Burness Paull’s Family Law Team. Nilah advises clients on a range of family law issues, with a particular focus on separation, divorce and child related matters. Nilah has appeared in Courts across Scotland and worked closely with some of the leading Counsel in the Court of Session. Nilah is passionate about improving diversity in the legal profession and is a member of her firm’s Race and Ethnicity colleague Network.
