Lisa Conway has been with the Coal Authority for over 7 years now, since leaving the Banking industry where she worked as a Commercial Relationship Manager for over 12 years. Her main area of expertise was working with large corporate customers and supporting companies with funding requirements for property, equipment, invoice finance and any other lending requirements. Lisa applies her wide range of knowledge and skills to help customers, paralegals and those involved in the buying and selling of property to understand coal mining risks. She is very customer focused and highly driven in all aspects of customer service, which plays a large part in her role. Lisa has also driven a number of product development projects and service improvements across the Coal Authority, with a focus on continuously adding value to the organisations products and services portfolio. She spends a large proportion of time with customers and enjoys speaking at events, presenting webinars and delivering Podcasts.
