Victoria is Anderson Strathern's Head of Charities and a Director in their Private Client department. She specialises in delivering private client services to individuals and families and also has specialist expertise in charity law. For her individual private clients, she works on a range of key matters such as wills, all forms of trusts, powers of attorney, guardianship and intervention orders, estate and tax planning and care of the elderly. As a Law Society of Scotland accredited specialist in Charity Law, Victoria acts for numerous charities. These include housing associations, royal charter bodies, religious bodies, higher education, schools, educational endowments, trusts, charitable companies, Scottish Charitable Incorporated organisations, community benefit companies and many more. Victoria also acts for a number of dual registered and international clients.
