Alice Gregory has been at the Coal Authority for nearly 2 years. Previously she spent 10 years in customer service management, working closely with a range of different customers and ensuring great customer service is at the forefront of her work. Alice applies her knowledge and experience to further develop and improve the products and services offered by the Coal Authority. She leads a team of experienced customer service advisors who help both internal and external customers deliver service excellence. Alice and her team provide over 150,000 mining reports and her priority is always to work closely with her colleagues within different areas of the organisation. Ensuring first call resolution is achieved as much as possible to help our customers have the best experience. Alice helps the Coal Authority build strong relationships with customers across the whole of the UK and attends many customer and stakeholder events.
