Andrew Brown is accredited as a Specialist in Employment Law by the Law Society of Scotland and is a Partner in Anderson Strathern’s Employment, Immigration and Pensions team. He acts for employers and employees, but primarily for employers. His employer clients range from small employers with a handful of employees to Universities, Colleges and large Government Departments and agencies. Many of Andrew’s clients have recognised trade unions and Andrew is regularly involved in advising his clients on collective bargaining issues and TUPE transfers.
