David Bartos is the lead Commissioner in the Scottish Law Commission’s ongoing work on reforming the law on the termination of leases including the Tenancy of Shops (Scotland) Act 1949. Prior to this work he was an advocate specialising in property litigation, a statutory tribunal chair and arbitrator.
