Nina Derrin of TC Young has practiced primarily in the field of child and family law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2017. She provides advice in relation to all aspects of family law, with a focus on resolving financial and child-related matters following a separation. Nina has represented a number of children, including a notable Court of Session case whereby she successfully represented a 13 year old child who was opposed to the orders for return to Poland sought by his father.
