Stella Swan joined COPFS as a trainee solicitor in 1996. She has been a Principal Procurator Fiscal Depute within the Health and Safety Investigation Unit since 2017. She currently manages a team of legal and case preparer staff dealing with work-related investigations, prosecutions and Fatal Accident Inquiries in the north and east of Scotland.
