Eilidh Wood is an Associate with Burges Salmon. Eilidh's broad experience includes advising both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues covering the full lifecycle of the employment relationship, as well as regularly providing employment expertise in connection with corporate transactions. Eilidh has particular experience in conducting employment tribunal litigation in both Scotland and England, ranging from unfair dismissal claims through to more complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims, as well as equal pay claims. Eilidh has experience conducting advocacy at all stages of Tribunal proceedings, including attendance at judicial mediation. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
