Audrey is Head of Miller Samuel Hill Brown's Licensing Division. She specialises in all types of licensing work across industry sectors and handles a range of licensing matters, including gambling, civic government and liquor work. Together with the team Audrey has been successful in obtaining licence approvals across Scotland in varied and often challenging circumstances. She is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialist in Liquor Licensing Law and sits on the influential Law Society of Scotland Licensing Law Sub-Committee. She has also acted as a legal representative on the Government formed Steering Groups responsible for developing Personal Licence holder training, Licensing Standards Officer training and Licensing Board Member training.
