Mike applies his extensive knowledge and skills to help solicitors, professional services, and the general public involved in property transactions understand and manage coal mining risks across England and Wales. He is highly customer-focused and driven in all aspects of client service, which forms the cornerstone of his role. Mike is also a key contributor to product development projects and service improvements at the Coal Authority, with a focus on adding value to the organisation’s products and services.
