Eviction – Understanding the private sector regime - Webinar

The key features of the landlord/tenant relationship in Scotland will be considered along with a summary of the methods used to end a tenancy. Correct procedures for eviction will then be explored, focusing on the Private Residential Tenancy, but also providing a brief overview of other tenancies.
